At Sincere Scents Co we strive to make sure that every product sent out is in pristine condition and ready for the customer's enjoyment. We recognize that accidents can happen as our products transition to your home, so refunds are available as follows:

Candles: 

candles are  available for exchange only within 7 days of delivery. Candle can not be burnt if intent is to return or exchange. Returns are available for products that are damaged in transit to the customer. Return label will be included in every order just in case these accidents do occur.

Bath bombs: 

Bath bombs are only eligible for refund or exchange if damaged in transit.

Lotions and hand sanitizers: 

Are only eligible for exchange if damaged in transit.
